Introduction
Social Referral or Private Introduction still proves to be one of the most popular and effective recruitment methods even with job websites prevailing everywhere.
For recruiters, we believe a CV can't represent all the qualities of a job seeker and it definitely can't show how it will feel to work with a stranger as a colleague.
For job seekers, we believe it's much more powerful to personally socialize with recruiters first and get an overall view of how it feels to work in a potential company and evaluate if it's the right fit. Plus you can show much more of your inner qualities in casual personal interaction.
This event is to create an opportunity for both Job Seekers and Recruiters / HR Managers to personally get to know each other before making career / hiring decisions.
How it Works?
In the event, you will be given a name tag showing if you are a recruiter or job seeker.
Recruiters will make short introductions of their companies and positions available. A projector is provided in case a ppt presentation is needed.
In a casual social networking style, job seekers and recruiters get to know each other over a few drinks, exchange business cards, or even arrange further meetings.
