Yoga Night & Tea (Vol. 8)

✅  INTRODUCTION:

We invite you to a yoga session that begins with arriving—gently settling into the space and into yourself. Through mindful asana practice, we gradually turn inward, letting movement and breath guide our attention. The session closes with a 10–15 minute deep relaxation, allowing body and mind to soften, integrate, and rest.

This yoga practice is open to all levels, with options and gentle guidance so everyone can move at their own pace. Conscious movement supports emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with yourself.

✅ ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Fruzsina Macsi (Anna) discovered yoga eight years ago, initially as a physical practice that gradually evolved into a way of life. There was a time when she felt disconnected from her body, but through yoga, she rebuilt a deep new connection with her body, presence, and inner awareness—something she now brings into every class she teaches.

For the past five months, Anna has been sharing her practice with others, holding a safe, welcoming space rooted in unconditional acceptance. Her sessions invite you to move and breathe with ease, exactly as you are. She offers a conscious, steady practice that supports real connection—on and off the mat—with the intention that this sense of balance can carry into everyday life.

✅  WHAT HAPPENS AT THE EVENT:

19:15 - 19:30: Door opens, arrival, music, unlimited welcome drinks & networking

19:30 - 20:30: One-hour yoga session with relaxation.

20:30 - END: Let's have drinks together! You can also join the weekly WHISPER community event REAL TALK BUDAPEST for FREE on the same night. You'll leave feeling relaxed, energized, and with new friends who share your depth and positivity!

✅ WHAT TO PREPARE:

☑️ You MUST bring your own yoga mats for exercises on the floor. We won't provide extra mats.

☑️ Proper shoes for indoor training.

☑️ Extra clothes to put on after exercise to prevent catching a cold. There will be rooms for changing clothes.

✅  TICKETS:

☑️ Ticket price varies (5000 - 8000 HUF) depending on your registration day.

☑️ The purpose is to encourage you to register early because knowing the correct participant counts allows us to prepare the event space properly, avoid chaos, and minimize waste.

☑️ Ticket price includes unlimited welcome drinks, coffee, tea, etc.
