Welcome to WHISPER's first Social Learning event!

✅ INTRODUCTION:

Schools are good at teaching us the hard skills and knowledge that help us to find a good job, but how about the soft skills and emotional intelligence that help us to find a happy life? 

With this event, we will learn together what's essential for our lives but what schools don't teach us, such as confidence, leadership, charisma, empathy, negotiation, authenticity, relationships, psychology, emotional management, and many other critical soft knowledge and skills for life. 

✅  HOW DOES IT WORK?

☑️  First, in the event, we will learn together from public courses / lectures / speeches from the world's top universities such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and many other institutions, taught by the world's top professors and thought leaders. 

Each event will focus on one topic / field. 

☑️  Afterward, we will provide you with workshops, interactive group exercises, and discussions to work on with your teammates to apply the knowledge in practice. 

You will see how much fun weekend learning could be when you are surrounded by like-minded people in a casual environment with a few drinks. 

✅  TOPIC OF THE WEEK: Personal Charisma for Leadership and Social Influence

Lecturer: Olivia Fox Cabane. She has taught leadership, innovation, genius, and charisma at Harvard, Yale, MIT and the United Nations. She is the co-founder of KindEarth.Tech and former Director of Innovative Leadership for Stanford's startup accelerator as well as a best-selling author and keynote speaker for Fortune 500 companies.
