Join our first fitness training event with our coach and personal trainer Zsofi Szabo! And we'll have a drink together after the workout!

❤️ The training session is suitable for both beginners and intermediate-level fitness practitioners.

✅ ABOUT THE COACH:

Zsofi Szabo is not only a WHISPER community member, but also a professional fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is specially educated and trained in:

• Sport and exercise nutrition & food supplement

• Spine Rehabilitation

• Fitness instruction

• Mobility and Strength

✅  AGENDA & HOW IT WORKS:

18:00 - 18:15: Door opens, arrival, music & unlimited welcome drinks.

18:15 - 18:30: Pre-event networking.

18:30 - 19:30: The fun starts! Zsofi will lead us through an effective Functional Training session, with only your body weight and without heavy equipment. Functional Training effectively improves our muscle strength and flexibility and burns body fat.

Exercises in pairs will be included to increase the training's effectiveness, fun, and mutual motivation and support to each other!

19:30 - 20:00: Coach Zsofi will answer any of your questions about health, nutrition, fitness, and how our body works.

20:00 - END: Post-event networking. Let's have drinks together. You'll leave feeling relaxed, energized, and with new friends who share your positivity!

✅ WHAT TO PREPARE:

☑️ You MUST bring your own yoga mats for exercises on the floor. We won't provide extra mats.

☑️ Proper sports shoes for indoor training.

☑️ Extra clothes to put on after exercise to prevent catching a cold. There will be rooms for changing clothes.

✅  TICKETS:

☑️ Ticket price varies (5000 - 7000 HUF) depending on your registration day.

☑️ The purpose is to encourage you to register early because knowing the correct participant counts allows us to prepare the event space properly, avoid chaos, and minimize waste.

☑️ Ticket price includes unlimited welcome drinks, coffee, tea, etc.

This event ticket is NOT refundable in case of a customer no-show. It will be refunded in case if the event is canceled. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version.
