✅ ABOUT THE TRAINER: Esther Ying

Esther Ying is a facilitator, coach, and consultant. She has had the honor to work with clients in various sectors including luxury retail (Prada, Gucci), technology (Consensys, Datalogic), pharmaceutical (Novartis Oncology), advertising (Wavemaker), and manufacturing (Hero, Komatsu). 

She regularly covers topics on Leadership Development, Communication, Managerial Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Company Culture and Values, Empathy, Change and Coaching.

Born and raised in Hungary by Chinese parents, she grew up as a third-culture-kid with a strong interest in cultural differences and similarities. This led her to pursue education in Psychology, eventually graduating from Macalester College in the United States. She has lived and worked in St. Paul, Singapore, New York, Milan and Budapest.

As a facilitator and coach, she applies a multicultural mindset combining her Eastern and Western experiences. She promotes learning that impacts people on a cognitive, emotional, and spiritual level through thought-provoking content and reflective activities. She also endorses learning that results in behavioral change to improve people’s lives in the workplace and at home. She brings an empathic perspective to the conversation to foster a collective understanding and appreciation.

Currently, she lives in Budapest and offers coaching and consulting services to individuals as well as companies on an international level. Esther is fluent in English, Hungarian, and Mandarin.
