Welcome to our weekly (every Sunday) guided morning power walks, designed to improve health — without stress, extremes, or burnout.
✅ WHY POWER WALK?
Power walking is most effective when done at a moderate, steady intensity, where the heart rate stays in Zone Two (around 60–70% of maximum heart rate). In this zone, the body primarily uses fat as a fuel source while keeping stress hormones like cortisol low. This makes power walking especially effective for sustainable fat loss and long-term health.
Regular Zone Two walking has well-established physiological benefits:
Lowers resting blood pressure by improving vascular elasticity and circulation
Reduces blood sugar levels and improves insulin sensitivity
Maximizes fat oxidation and metabolic flexibility
Strengthens the heart and improves aerobic capacity
Helps regulate stress and calm the nervous system
Strengthens joints and posture without strain
Because power walking is low-impact and non-exhausting, it can be practiced frequently and sustainably — the most important factor in creating lasting health improvements. Instead of stressing your system, it gently trains the body to function more efficiently over time.
Our walks are about building a repeatable morning habit, not pushing limits or chasing quick results. We move at a pace that feels purposeful yet sustainable, allowing your body to reset, your mind to clear, and your metabolism to wake up naturally.

✅ MEETING POINT, TIME & LOGISTICS:
☑️ Meeting time: 8:00 - 8:10 AM. We will leave the meeting point at 8:10 sharp.
☑️ Meeting point: outside the entrance to Kimpton Bem Budapest Hotel. We will walk one circle around Margit Sziget - around 7000-8000 steps.
☑️ Finishing time: 9:30 AM.
☑️ The event will be cancelled if the weather is bad enough. Please always double-check the event status in advance.
